Refund Policy

1. Overview
IITian Squad offers a fair refund policy for premium subscriptions. We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
2. Free Plan
The free plan has no associated cost and therefore no refund provisions apply.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
- 7-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you have not consumed a substantial portion of the premium content (defined as fewer than 50 premium questions attempted).
- Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial period. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle; access continues until then.
4. Annual Subscriptions
- 14-day refund window — you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the same usage threshold (fewer than 50 premium questions attempted).
- After 14 days, no refund is available for the remaining subscription period.
- You retain access to premium features until the end of the annual billing period upon cancellation.
5. Team and Custom Plans
Refunds for team or institutional plans are governed by the specific agreement signed at purchase. Please refer to your contract or contact us for details.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless explicitly stated in the offer.
- Partial months remaining after cancellation of a monthly plan.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hr-ops@iitiansquad.com from your registered email address with:
- Subject line: Refund Request — [your registered email]
- Order ID or payment reference number.
- Brief reason for the refund request.
8. Payment Gateway Fees
Third-party payment gateway fees (typically 2–3% of the transaction) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
