1. Acceptance
By accessing or using IITian Squad (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits.
- Account sharing is not permitted under paid plans.
4. Permitted Use
The Platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may:
- Access and practise questions for your own exam preparation.
- View and save your personal performance analytics.
- Share links to blog content for non-commercial educational purposes.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or extract content programmatically without written consent.
- Reproduce, republish, or sell question content or blog articles.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Impersonate another user or IITian Squad staff.
- Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including question banks, blog articles, design, logos, and software — is owned by IITian Squad or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No licence is granted beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
7. User-Generated Content
By posting comments or other content on the Platform, you grant IITian Squad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected at purchase (monthly or annual). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
9. Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any loss arising from such changes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that questions are error-free, that the Platform will meet your requirements, or that results obtained through the Platform will guarantee exam success.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IITian Squad's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
